We're showcasing pool, our data infrastructure for resource circulation — covering facility- and tenant-level waste management, digitized collection and transport records, and discharge tracking for recycling.

RECOTECH will exhibit at the "2026 NEW Environmental Expo / 2026 Global Warming Prevention Exhibition," held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, May 20 to Friday, May 22, 2026.

What We're Showing

At the RECOTECH booth, we'll be showcasing pool, our resource circulation data platform.

pool is infrastructure that connects information on the discharge, collection, weighing, and recycling of waste and resources as data, supporting the information management that flows between waste generators, building managers, haulers, and recyclers.

At commercial facilities, office buildings, public facilities, and mixed-use developments, it's increasingly important to know exactly who is discharging what, how much, and from where. Yet on the ground, paper slips, spreadsheets, and phone or email exchanges persist, making tenant-level discharge tracking, collection-record aggregation, report writing, and recycling-performance visibility far more labor-intensive than they need to be.

At the booth, we'll show how pool addresses these on-the-ground challenges, with live screens and real deployment examples.

Here's what you can see at the booth:

• Facility- and tenant-level discharge management
• Collection-record management with haulers
• Unified waste and resource data
• Traceability management for recycling
• Data management ready for sustainability disclosure and internal reporting
• A look at the input and management screens built for on-site staff

Come See Us

We especially encourage you to visit if you're facing challenges like these:

• Streamline waste management across commercial facilities, office buildings, and mixed-use developments
• Track discharge volumes by tenant
• Rethink reporting for waste processing and resource collection
• Digitize records, weighing, and reporting for collection and transport
• Streamline communication with waste generators
• Base resource circulation and recycling initiatives on data
• Build a data management framework for waste and resource circulation ahead of sustainability disclosure

This is a chance for building maintenance firms, facility managers, haulers, waste management companies, municipalities, and waste generators alike to talk through both on-the-ground operations and resource circulation.

At the booth, our team will walk through your specific challenges one-on-one and show how pool can help.

If you're interested in digitizing waste management, managing data by facility or tenant, or connecting with collection and transport operations, stop by the RECOTECH booth (East Hall 7, D-721).
