atre's "Sustainability Report 2025" features pool, RECOTECH's data infrastructure for resource circulation

pool, the resource circulation data infrastructure operated by RECOTECH, has been featured again this year in the "Sustainability Report 2025" published by atre Co., Ltd.

As part of atre Co., Ltd.'s drive to "transition to a circular economy" — reducing waste output and raising recycling rates — the report highlights pool's work collecting soft vinyl (waste plastic) discharged from stores and circulating it as a resource.

Through a Tokyo Metropolitan Government implementation program, RECOTECH uses pool to collect soft vinyl discharged from apparel shops and other tenants, making its origin and quantity visible as data while circulating the waste plastic as a resource. The discharge data captured at each atre building serves as the foundation supporting everything from proper waste treatment through to resource circulation, end to end.
